Applications for accreditation received after February 1, 2009 will have their survey and accreditation decisions rendered after October 1, 2009.
Critical Updates for all HQAA Customers
HQAA Change of Address
As of April 6, 2009, HQAA will be located in a new office setting.
Please note the new street address to the right.
All other information remains the same, only the physical address is changing.
Please note between the 3rd and the 6th, there may be sporadic interruptions in our phones and office fax.
We will also experience a minor interruption in our email service as we shut down in the old location
and transfer to the new.
Be assured that these potential interruptions
are only very temporary and the customer service you have come to expect will be back on line Monday morning the 6th.
Our apologies if any interruption causes a delayed response.
Our new location will allow for increased efficiencies that we are committed to passing along to our customers.
HQAA expanded in order to meet the 2009 demand, and while our space did not expand,
we will now be able to add a bit of breathing space.
If ever in Waterloo, we would love to have visitors!
HQAA Updates “My Workroom”
The end of March and beginning of April has brought with it an updated and improved
Workroom and customer management system.
With that, we have added a new feature called Q-Mail.
This feature is an in-the-Workroom email system that is your one place to receive all emails from HQAA.
Please check it frequently (found at the upper portion of your Workroom, next to the Q-Torial and Q-Chat).
The mail flag will be raised if there is mail in your box.
Realizing that all communications from HQAA will go to this new feature,
we will soon be adding a notification to your main email address indicating that a communication has arrived from HQAA.
