Miller Drug began as a family neighborhood variety store in 1939 by Abraham and Freida Miller, Bill’s parents. After WWII they were joined by Abraham Striar and operated it until 1957 when Bill returned from pharmacy college. With his wife Gloria, they introduced a pharmacy department in what is now known as Miller Drug. Eight delivery vehicles serve Bangor and the surrounding area with seven day a week deliveries.
