After 10 years without a Pharmacy in this community I decided to take a chance and open my own Pharmacy in the Weatherly community. That took place in 1984 and we are entering 25 years of service to the Weatherly community. We are your typical small town pharmacy where everybody cares about each other. The special products that we carry reflect this particular care for this community. We are a full service community pharmacy carrying special medications and doing some compounding but have a limited assortment of DME`s but carrying a full line of diabetic supplies and have home delivery available. We utilize the QS1 pharmacy computer system so what we can offer to our patients are medication inserts, interaction checks, 3rd party billing, allegy checks and a computer system that will print out end of the year expense reports and do a myriad of professional and managerial applications which all benefit our patients. We have a personal and special relationship with our local physicians to best benefit our patient`s welfare. We are HIPPA aware and compliant and have had excellent State Board inspections and 2 perfect autits with the Pa. PACE program and have had perfect or near perfect audits with all our other 3rd party programs. We do our best to be compliant in all legal and professional duties. That is why all my pharmacists and myself take extra CE courses to be current with new medication treatments and be consultants to our physicians and patients. The Weatherly pharmacy is now an institution in a small town that no one wanted to take a chance to serve this community for over 10 years. We are NOT profit motivated. We are service motivated. We are professionally motivated. We are motivated by sincere care for our patients. Besides being a Pharmacist/Owner I am an Anglo-Catholic Franciscan Priest /(Episcopal Priest) where I donate thousands of dollars of pediatric medications to our medical mission in the Dominican Republic and where we send suppies to our Anglican church in New Orleans to care for the 300 to 1000+ people our church services daily in a multitude of ways contributed by this small town pharmacy of the Weatherly Area Community Pharmacy.
