Applying for and beginning your accreditation journey is simple. The following steps will bring you into a supportive, collaborative system that will keep you on track, allow for real time interaction with support technicians and bring you and your business into a level of quality that is designed by YOU.
Description of the application process:
- Complete the Demographics section, which is the very next page.
- Complete the payment system application. This will initially be used for applying payment for "My Workroom", which is your personalized tracking and maintenance system for getting through the standards.
- Once your application is received, you will receive confirmation as to the financial obligation for completing your entire accreditation process.
- You may choose to submit an application for financing the process. Further direction will follow. The Healthcare Quality Association on Accreditation does not provide financing. Financing is completely up to you and all correspondence regarding your application is confidentially kept with the financing organization.
- Once you have submitted the payment option for My Workroom, you will be sent a temporary password that will allow you partial access. In My Workroom it is strongly suggested that you participate in the Tutorial that will walk you through taking the best advantage of the process.
- After confirmation of payment is accepted, you will receive another notice asking that you personalize your password. Once your password has been changed, you are on your way!
- It is strongly suggested that you bookmark the entrance to My Workroom. You will be asked to enter your password each time you enter. Should you encounter any difficulty call the Support Technician line at: 866.909.HQAA (4722).
