Meet Coach Christine
Before coming to HQAA, Christine worked for over 8 years in an internal medicine clinic setting and also in nursing home and assisted living facilities.
What do you think makes HQAA unique?
“I think our web-based accreditation method simplifies the process while allowing our providers the opportunity to learn with a “hands on” approach. Our individualized Workroom enables providers to work at their own pace and get the instructions and encouragement they need to becoming accredited. The 1:1 coaching allows our customers to feel more secure going into the survey review by making certain they are prepared."
What's your best piece of accreditation advice?
“Using our on-line tools during the accreditation process and the ACT service post-survey are great ways to becoming and continuing to be a Quality Champion”
