Meet Coach Mike

Mike has been in the HME industry for nearly 20 years and with HQAA for 3 years. He began his career as a Staff Respiratory Therapist at a local hospital and later moved on to work for a home care provider. In addition to his coaching position, he assists by supporting HQAA’s Infusion accreditation.

What do you think makes HQAA unique?

"The coaching staff is what I feel really sets us apart from the other organizations. You know when you call you will get a live person who will do their best to get the answers to your questions."

What's your best piece of accreditation advice?

"Stay on top of the process after the accreditation. It is a continuous process."
