Meet Coach Stacy

Stacy has worked in the HME industry for 8½ years. She was previously a patient care coordinator specializing in ostomy/wound care/urological supplies. She has been with HQAA for 4 years and has been the Supervisor of Accreditation Services for 2 years.

What do you think makes HQAA unique?

The coaching staff is unique to HQAA along with the many forms of communication offered to our customers. What's your best piece of accreditation advice?

"Be sure to involve your staff as you are implementing policies and procedures in your organization. It is important that they be included so they understand and embrace the changes as they occur. The more your staff understands the importance of accreditation, the easier it will be to weave quality into your organization."
