Welcome to ACT, an ongoing, online maintenance program that helps DMEs maintain high-quality standards between accreditation periods. You'll find everything you need — the plan, tools and access to experts — all in one website.
And you'll find it's more efficient and economical to go down the path to re-accreditation in small, incremental steps.

How It Works
The ACT website is divided into four easy-to-use sections:
  • ACTion Plan - Download a weekly worksheet related to the monthly quality topic and fill it out offline. Update the corresponding standards in your HQAA Workroom, if necessary.
  • Workroom Plan - Review the standards important to that week's quality topic and update your HQAA Workroom, if necessary.
  • Resources - Find additional information about the monthly quality topic.
  • Message Center - Interact with accreditation coaches and HME providers, and read breaking news and important messages from HQAA.
How much it costs
The ACT Service is available for the low flat rate of $75.00 per month.
